Project Development Package

One project. One clear record of what is being sold and built.

ABDOREN reviews the information your company has collected, defines the construction required to deliver the intended result, and develops a homeowner proposal and production handoff around the same scope, pricing, selections, and responsibilities.

You provide the project information and approved pricing. ABDOREN does not perform takeoffs, architectural or engineering design, code review, or field management.

Standard Project Development Package$1,000

For a qualifying residential remodeling project and one consolidated revision round. Additions, whole-home renovations, site visits, and unusually complex projects receive a written quote after review.

Coordinated project definition

A project headline names the result. It does not define the work.

ABDOREN develops the construction commitment beneath the summary so the homeowner understands what is included, what must be approved, and what the field needs to build. These condensed examples show the categories of definition behind different kinds of residential work. Additions and whole-home renovations are separately quoted complex-project examples.

Where the engagement ends

We define the project. Your team delivers it.

The standard engagement is complete when ABDOREN delivers the agreed project package and included revision. The package is designed to support the project from approval through closeout, but procurement, scheduling, field execution, quality control, payment collection, and warranty administration remain with your company.

When continued clarification, documentation, or production support is needed after delivery, additional support may be defined under a separate project or monthly engagement.

The boundary is established before work begins, so both companies know what ABDOREN owns and what your team owns.
