Website privacy

Information handled for a defined purpose.

Effective August 5, 2026. This notice covers abdoren.com, ordinary email, ABDOREN updates, and initial service inquiries. Future structured research is covered separately and is not open for enrollment.

01

Information you provide

ABDOREN may receive your name, contact information, company, role, city or region, a general description of a service need, and later information required by an accepted written engagement. The first service inquiry should not include plans, photos, estimates, pricing, contracts, customer information, exact addresses, or confidential documents.

02

Website and hosting data

The hosting platform and security systems may process ordinary technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request, browser, device, referring page, and general location data. This site does not contain a research response form.

03

How information is used

ABDOREN uses basic inquiry information to respond, evaluate fit, define a possible engagement, maintain business records, protect its systems, and meet legal obligations. A service inquiry is not used as a research response and remains separate from the research system.

04

ABDOREN updates

If you join the ABDOREN updates list, ABDOREN stores your email address, optional name, consent time, and signup source to send occasional research, participation, findings, correction, and company updates. Joining the list does not enroll you in research. You may leave the list or request deletion at any time by contacting projects@abdoren.com.

05

Email is not a research channel

Ordinary email passes through the sender’s provider and ABDOREN’s provider. It is not an approved channel for confidential research answers or sensitive project files. A voluntarily emailed topic suggestion may help shape a future question, but it is not research enrollment, a confidential response, or evidence in a formal study.

06

Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, email, security, payment, accounting, and authorized business operations. ABDOREN may also disclose information when required by law, needed to protect rights or safety, connected to a business transfer, or directed by the person who provided it.

07

Confidential project information

If ABDOREN accepts an engagement that requires project records, the written agreement and approved transfer method define the next step. ABDOREN does not use one contractor’s confidential pricing or operating information to create another contractor’s system and does not contact a client’s relationships without authorization.

08

Sale of information

ABDOREN does not sell or exchange personal information for money or other valuable consideration. It does not place service inquiry or updates list information into a public research product.

09

Security and retention

ABDOREN uses safeguards appropriate to the information and the way it is handled, but no website or email system is completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the inquiry, updates list, an engagement, business records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and system protection.

10

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information you submitted. Some records may be retained when required for a completed transaction, legal obligation, security, or dispute. ABDOREN may need to verify identity and authority before acting.

11

Children and external links

ABDOREN does not knowingly solicit information from children. Other websites and services linked here operate under their own privacy practices.

12

Contact and changes

Privacy questions may be sent to projects@abdoren.com. ABDOREN may update this notice as the site, services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version.
