The work comes first
Documents must reflect what actually happens in the office and on the jobsite, not an idealized process that the company cannot repeat.
About ABDOREN
ABDOREN was created from firsthand construction experience and from seeing how often good work becomes harder when the full commitment never makes it onto paper.
Why ABDOREN exists
ABDOREN was founded by a father-and-son team shaped by more than 25 years of combined construction leadership and field experience. The company grew from firsthand experience, including the victories, failures, and difficult lessons that come from defining, managing, and delivering real construction work.
Over time, one problem continued to surface: critical construction knowledge remained scattered across conversations, estimates, text messages, and individual memory instead of being converted into a clear project record and repeatable operating standard.
ABDOREN was founded to close that gap.
Built through direct experience
ABDOREN developed through the work of building project and operating documents inside a working construction company. That experience made one principle increasingly clear: documentation is not paperwork added to a company. It is the written form of how the company makes commitments, communicates decisions, transfers information, and closes its work.
ABDOREN grew from that experience to help each company define its own system, not to impose one contractor's system on another. The work begins by understanding how the contractor actually operates, where the process becomes inconsistent or unclear, and what the team needs in order to repeat it.
More than 25 years of combined construction leadership and field experience.
Documents must reflect what actually happens in the office and on the jobsite, not an idealized process that the company cannot repeat.
The project approved by the homeowner and the project handed to the field should remain one consistent construction commitment.
ABDOREN brings structure and construction judgment. Your pricing, relationships, operating decisions, and finished system remain yours.
What this means for your company
We study the work you already know, identify what has not been fully defined, and help turn the standards you choose into clear project and operating documents.
The result is not a collection of generic templates. It is a more complete expression of your company: what you promise, how responsibility is assigned, what the field receives, and how the process is meant to repeat.
