2. Not architectural, engineering, legal, or licensed-trade advice
ABDOREN is not acting through this website as an architect, engineer, attorney, accountant, tax adviser, insurance adviser, code official, safety professional, or licensed trade contractor. Website information does not replace advice, review, inspection, design, calculations, permits, or services required from a qualified professional.
3. Construction responsibility remains with the contractor
Project definitions and documents support a contractor's decisions and operations; they do not replace field verification, supervision, means and methods, safety practices, licensing, code compliance, permit responsibility, measurement confirmation, pricing judgment, procurement, quality control, or execution. The contractor must verify actual conditions and determine whether licensed or design-professional involvement is required.

Project types, workflow descriptions, package examples, scope topics, and document examples are illustrative. They do not promise that every item is included in a standard package or that the same approach is appropriate for another project. Exact deliverables and exclusions are established in the written agreement for each engagement.

ABDOREN does not guarantee the accuracy of client-supplied costs or estimates, profitability, proposal acceptance, client approval, financing, permit approval, code compliance, construction performance, schedule performance, dispute prevention, legal enforceability, or any other project or business result. Clearer project information can support better decisions, but it cannot eliminate uncertainty, concealed conditions, changing selections, human error, or third-party performance.

ABDOREN's services may rely on photographs, measurements, plans, prices, bids, selections, representations, and other information supplied by the contractor or an authorized third party. Unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise, ABDOREN does not independently verify site conditions and is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, concealed conditions, or later changes in supplied information.
7. No client relationship through the website
Using this website, sending an email, submitting project information, or requesting a review does not create a professional relationship or duty. ABDOREN decides whether to accept an engagement after review. An engagement begins only under the applicable written agreement or authorization and its stated payment and intake conditions.
8. Current information
Construction practices, laws, codes, products, prices, and business conditions change. ABDOREN may update website information, but does not guarantee that every page is complete or current for every jurisdiction or circumstance.
