Research enrollment is currently closed. Enrollment for a study opens only after the study’s questionnaire, consent process, privacy safeguards, study rules, and legal review are complete.
Two connected records
The research is designed to preserve both the experience and the circumstances around it.
The contributor’s own words explain what the decision meant, why it was made, and what a fixed choice question missed. The coded research record makes that experience comparable without attaching a public identity to it.
Decision module
The trigger, alternatives, timing, cost or resource band, implementation, expected result, actual result, and what the person would do differently.
Firsthand explanation
Firsthand explanations and optional interviews preserve the reasoning, disagreement, mistakes, and context behind the structured answers.
Outcome check
Reviews at six and twelve months, when relevant, show whether the result lasted and what changed after the original response.
The common profile is completed once. Branching study modules ask only what is relevant to that participant, role, and decision.
