Scope record by trade
Organize the sold scope into a clearer record by trade and area.
Applied service / contractors
The Project Development Package organizes project information supplied by the contractor into one working record by trade. It shows what was sold, what has been decided, what is missing, and what must still be verified.
Why it exists
The estimate says one thing. Text messages add something else. Selections are sitting in an email. Photos are on someone’s phone. A decision was made, but the person scheduling the next trade never heard it. That gap can become rework, delay, blame, and lost money.
ABDOREN brings the records supplied by the contractor into one clearer reference. It does not take over the project or replace the contractor’s responsibility to verify and direct the work.
The deliverables
Organize the sold scope into a clearer record by trade and area.
Bring confirmed selections and documented project decisions into the working reference.
Surface unresolved selections, missing information, unclear responsibility, and needed decisions.
Prepare a practical package for the people who must schedule, coordinate, and perform the work.
State what ABDOREN could not verify and what the contractor must confirm before relying on the record.
Service limits
The Project Development Package does not perform field verification, measurements, design, engineering, code or permit review, pricing validation, scheduling, procurement, construction management, supervision, safety management, quality control, or execution. The contractor remains responsible for confirming the project information and directing the work.
Initial review
Begin with basic information only. ABDOREN defines any approved file transfer after the initial review.
